4. Social Media Management Services
For social media management clients, all content created specifically for your business becomes yours to use upon payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work within our portfolio, website, or social media unless a confidentiality agreement has been arranged.
Results such as follower growth, engagement, sales, or reach cannot be guaranteed, as these depend on platform algorithms, audience behavior, advertising budgets, and many factors beyond our control.
A separate agreement will be discussed and signed upon further discussion of social media management services
5. Canva Templates & Digital Downloads
Our editable templates are designed for your own business use
You may customize templates to fit your brand, but you may not resell, redistribute, or offer the templates themselves as your own products.
6. Intellectual Property
All graphics, branding, templates, website designs, written content, marketing materials, and digital resources created by our business remain protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, reproduction, or distribution of our work is strictly prohibited.
7. Payment & Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and the time invested in custom services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Custom projects, branding services, website design, and social media management may require deposits or scheduled payments as outlined in your individual agreement.
